Sonatas is new NY Panorama Champ

The 2004 New York Panorama Champion title went to the Sonatas Steel Orchestra , performing War 2004 composed by The Original DeFosto Himself.  It wrested the title from last year’s winner Pantonic Steel Orchestra, which placed 12^th at this year’s competition. Sonata’s tune of choice was arranged by Johann Popplewell.

CAYSM Steel Orchestra took second place, performing We Like to Play, while third place went to the Marsicans Steel Orchestra, which performed Destra’s Bonnie and Clyde, arranged by Pelham Goddard.
